A stylist who is new to The Parlour Room or is new to a stylist position. At this level, the stylist will have received at least two-three years of training, along with assisting a top stylist.

This stylist has successfully maintained a level one position for a year or more, and have continued their education to the standards of the company. 

This stylist has three or more years with the company behind the chair. At this level the stylist has maintained a level two position successfully and has continued their education to the standards of the company, along with reaching educator status.
