The Parlour Room requires 48 hours notice for any cancellation. No Shows or Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the guest being charged 75% of the total cost of the service. Also, their next appointment will REQUIRE a Non-Refundable 75% Deposit of the total cost of the scheduled service.
All New/First Time Guests are REQUIRED to pay a 75% Deposit of the total cost of service for all Chemical appointments. The 75% Deposit is used toward the total cost of services.
We understand things may occur to cause lateness. However, we do ask to be notified if you are going to be late. Unfortunately, lateness may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Our number one goal is to make sure our guests feel confident and fabulous. Services rendered are Non-Refundable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact management within seven days of your visit. During that time frame, a complimentary correction may be performed.
Products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Any product returned must be 75% full and accompanied by a receipt.
The Parlour Room is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
