Parlour Policies


Cancellation Policy

The Parlour Room requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation. We understand that things happen in life and sometimes the 24 hours is not there. However, if cancellations or not showing up for appointments becomes an issue, we will require a deposit to book future appointments.

Product Return

Products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Any product returned must be 75% full and accompanied by a receipt.


We are a salon whose number one goal is to make sure our guest feel confident and fabulous. Services rendered are non-refundable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact management within seven days of your visit. During that time frame, a complimentary correction maybe performed based on the needs.  

Late arrival

We understand things may occur to cause lateness. However, we do ask to be notified if you are going to be late. Unfortunately, if you are late the appointment may be rescheduled.

Lost/Damaged Items

The Parlour Room is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
