The Parlour Room requires 48 hours' notice for any cancellation.
No Shows or Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the guest being charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
When rebooking after a no-show or last-minute cancellation, a non-refundable 100% deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.
All First Time Guests are REQUIRED to pay a 75% Deposit towards the cost of all services booked. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice (48 hours) is given.
We understand things may happen, if you are more than 5 minutes late, please give us a quick phone call to let us know you're on your way.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure we stay on time for all clients.
A late fee of 50% of the missed service will be required.
Our number one goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and fabulous. All services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact management within seven days of your visit.
All retail product sales are final.
Products are non-refundable once purchased.
